Think of all the things (thneeds) that you are holding onto that you think you might use/need some day and let them go. When you clean your grids you can then open to a new flow.

Let go so that you have the space to bring in the new. If you have the space when the new comes in it will be an incredibly pleasant experience, as opposed to irritability and anxiety. Prep now!

Explanation: The body is from this world and of this world. It holds a different consciousness than the consciousness of our Soul. A void is a time for re-inveting yourself in a timeless expanded state. Let go and allow for the re-birth. If you are feeling stuck in any area of your life use the void to shift and move that energy. 

When we surrender to this expanded space a deep pulse can activate, which in turn moves us out of the old and into the new. If a lot of fears or anxiety arise it is because some part of you is in the void and you are literally re-inventing yourself.
