This meditation focuses on increasing body love.
The protocols in the meditation are the following:

We have what I refer to as a body deva. Our body deva has a Nature Spirit energy, just like a tree has a spirit as does your body. This meditation will assist you in identifying the energy of your body deva Nature Spirit. Our body is designed to do health, honeostasis, and balance. It is not designed to work out our issues, when it tries it becomes quickly burdened. We gain weight, become ill, or injure ourselves. Use this meditation to come into a healthier relationship with your body.

Now imagine driving the car while sitting in the drivers seat. Stay on your divine line and let your body do what it does best. You direct and let your vehicle (body)do the rest. When we give our body deva the space it has the capacity to do amazing things, like health!

I was guided to do this meditation about a month ago and it was an amazing shift. When we bring our energy deep into our core and we invite the Nature Spirit of the Body Deva into the body there is a smoothness and ease. Doing this actually slows the aging process down. It increases the capacity for your body to hold greater health and heal. You can practice this everyday.
