Your tunnel of light inserts at the back of your neck. From my personal memory it is how we enter and exit the body. We always want our tunnel to be open (kind of like your parachute is always on your back and is always in working order.) When the tunnel shuts down or is damaged we can experience neck pain, feeling cut off from some higher aspect of ourselves, depression, and cabin fever can set in. Keep your tunnel open, clean, and clear and receive more information from your Higher Self (that energetic aspect of you.)

The tunnel of light is different from the core column of light. The core column of light runs down the front of the spine. The Body has a core column of light that runs through the spine.

When I tune into the vast deep space I am shown our potential reaction to this limitlessness. On one level it can feel amazing and on the other hand feelings of being lost, ungrounded, or unable to gather traction may arise. For lifetimes we have used the vibration of limitation, lack, and fear as a motivator and a way to find direction.
