This meditation focuses increasing your psychic space. When we have enough psychic space we are more patient, forgiving, and relaxed as we move through our lives.

A few weeks ago the angelic ones came to me and asked if they too could be part of the daily meditations. I was moved and honored. Archangel Metatron appeared and asked to partake. It is the first Archangel meditation I have ever done and was very touched to have the first one be with Metatron.

Use cleansing energy to clear all energies that you are processing that are not your own.  If you have been processing old relationships that perhaps have shifted or have fallen away, use this energetic protocol to do the final let go of the old ways of being in relationship that no longer serve or support you.

Use energy to open the heart.  As we journey into streams of light, our heart starts to feel these frequencies and goes through a healing and an opening.  This shift can bring emotions to the surface. The world is very gently ebbing into a new energetic terrain. In this "new neighborhood" there are no limitations, walls, or struggle. The only struggle you will find is the struggle you choose. 

You may already be feeling the silky, soft, quiet, still energy of this new terrain. Time seems to have slowed, but it is actually now going in a vertical state, and we can speed it up and slow it down depending on how we are moving within ourselves.

Use the energy that is coming onto the planet to align and balance yourself for this new energetic landscape. In this time of transformation the inner and the outer light expand. Find the balance in the expansion.

• Calibrate your crown chakra and your base chakra for a higher greater, more expanded light quotient.

Stay grounded as the energy accelerates. If we stay grounded, i.e. increase the magnetic energy, all will feel calm and centered. If the electrical energy (the celestial energy) increases, you may experience anxiety, disorientation, and feel overwhelmed.
