This  meditation focuses on retrieving soul fragments, gifts, wisdom, and mastery.

The Protocols in the meditation are the following.

• Ask your higher self and you in the future as an Ascended Master to locate all fragments of your being and to bring those pieces of your essence back to your higher self in a whole and healed state.

As we surf and swirl bring in a stable template / platform to stand upon as we accelerate into the three currents of light. This light can bring up a lot of fear and old memories of times we transformed in the past, that somehow we have to go through destruction in order to come into the light. The planet and all beings  are now holding a different consciousness and destruction of mass scale is no longer needed. So let go of the fear and surf a more enlightened current of transformation.

Call it your magical space carpet.

• Imagine standing on a disc of light that holds the consciousness of connection and empowerment.
• Imagine the disk extending out seven feet in diameter beneath you.
• Bring this disk below your feet and reflect the empowered consciousness into your magnetics.

Use the sacred geometric shape of your essence as your buffer in the world as the veils dissolve.

As we go through this energetic shift on the planet the veils between the dimensions are dissolving. When these veils dissolve we can feel exposed and also have a sense that our boundaries are dissolving as well. Bring in a new boundary and let it be the sacred geometric shape of your essence.

When we see through the lens of empowerment, grace, compassion our reactivity and that which we call to us transforms in a huge way. Use the energy today to shift your lens and see through a more empowered, clear, and graceful perceptive.

Whenever there is an "energetic cleansing" disorientation can occur. You may feel lost and feel like you can't find things (like your car keys.) Bring yourself back into connection and clear perception so you can find your keys and see situations clearly, and with less reactivity.

Release the fear. In about three days we are going to start feeling a lot of energy coming from the Sun, i.e. another electrical download. In about two months we will be moving into the convergence of three rivers of energy. We are currently riding one river and we will be linking into two other streams of energy. The two new steams hold love and light but with that love and light there is a piercing clarity that comes.

Use the electrical energy that is pouring onto the planet to assist you in your evolution and release the irritation. As this electrical energy pours onto the planet from the Sun we can experience frustration and irritation. Locate the energy and consciously move into a higher vibration.

For the next few months we will be feeling a tremendous down pouring of electrical energy. Then in May there will be an activation of this light. All this energy can be a bit overwhelming and create odd sensations and perceptions emotionally and physically.
This meditation will help you energetically locate this down pouring of energy and set up an energetic container around yourself so that you can get it without the discomfort i.e. irritation.

Everyone on the planet is and will be feeling it. All we have to do is look at Egypt to see how some are using it to change form.

A little reminder to come back to what is "real." Use the "quickening" to increase your own internal connection with the divine aspect of you. As we increase our vibration power issues can arise. Issues around control, controlling, being controlled, feeling controlled by the mind or the emotions or others. Clean and clear the power center, and your third chakra.

The toning in the beginning may not sound that pleasant but it is intended to clear so hang in there and try to tone the goo out and then bring in the clean clear power.

Also anytime we move to a higher vibration we start to access more power. This can be a little unsettling if we are carrying any power that is not our own.

Let go of that which is not yours and use your power on you and for you.

Activate the passion that you already hold in your core. As your passion gets activated it then increases your light quotient and that in turn increases your finances. Go IN to get MORE.

Archangel Metatron

A few weeks ago the angelic ones came to me and asked if they too could be part of the daily meditations. I was moved and honored. Archangel Metatron appeared and asked to partake. It is the first Archangel meditation I have ever done and was very touched to have the first one be with Metatron.

Use it to "bump it up." Find the flow, focus, and commitment to carry on and feel a deeper support and protection in your journey.

Holds the vibration of empowerment. As this consciousness streams onto the planet it can bring up the victim consciousness. Use this energy to dissolve the layers of the victim that may still be held at a biological level (in the Body Deva, the consciousness of your human form.) Explanation: The body is from this world and of this world. It holds a different consciousness than the consciousness of our Soul. We as Soul's / Essence reside in the human form for a time and then we journey out of the body back into our light form. The body then returns to Earth / Nature Kingdom. When I energetically look at the body I see that each human body has a Nature Spirit and this Nature consciousness holds varying degrees of awareness, empowerment, memories, and issues. This meditation is designed to help your body evolve and hold a more enlightened consciousness as your Soul evolves. Update the system. Another way to think of it is to imagine that your body is a PC and your Soul is a Mac. They both hold information just two different operating systems that are good at different things. Share data between these two different opertaing systems.

Yesterday was the New Moon. Try to take some time today to set your new Moons intentions if you have not yet done so.

We are entering into a 90 day cycle of ease with manifesting. What you intend will appear.

The last few weeks have been a bit stressful energetically. In times of stress we can either, bury our heads in the sand, retreat, freak out, get overwhelmed, or grow stronger. When we experience electrical surges it can alter our perceptions and increase our ability to feel, hear, and perhaps see the energies in the other realms. (No, you are not going crazy.) You may be seeing lights out of the corners of you eyes, or feeling weird buzzing sensations in your body. This is most likely a result of the increase in the electrical energy.

Use the energy that is coming onto the planet today to release the fear and move into discernment and empowerment. If you feel fear coming up after listening to the mediation it is an indicator that the fear is now lifting up and OUT, so let it go, instead of getting reattached to it.

When I energetically look at the body I see that each human body has a Nature Spirit and this Nature consciousness holds varying degrees of awareness, empowerment, memories, and issues. This is an energetic protocol for clearing all curses, hexes and spells (from all lifetimes). Even if you do not feel like this resonates it is a good one to do because the first part is a clearing of anytime you ever cursed another.

You may be seeing lights out of the corners of you eyes, or feeling weird buzzing sensations in your body. This is most likely a result of the increase in the electrical energy.

Release the fear and move into discernment and empowerment.

If you feel fear coming up after listening to the mediation it is an indicator that the fear is now lifting up and OUT, so let it go instead of getting reattached to it.

Clean the ways in which you per(see)vie (perceive) yourself and the world. Heal and clean your perception mechanisms. When we see through the lens of empowerment, grace and compassion, our reactivity transforms in a huge way.

Shift your lens and see through a more empowered, clear, and graceful perceptive.

When there is an "energetic cleansing" disorientation can occur. You may feel lost and feel like you can't find things (like your car keys.) Bring yourself back into connection and clear perception so you can find your keys and see situations clearly, and with less reactivity.
