Use this Cup to heal the past and release limitations. In the past we may have set up expectations for ourselves which are now limiting us. Release the "should" energy and any disappointments, and move into greater freedom.

• Energetically locate all moments when you set up intentions, agreements, "shoulds'", and expectations that are now limiting you. 
• As you energetically locate all of these moments ask that healing holograms are placed around each one of these moments. 
• Bring all of the energy back to you at the level of your Higher Self in a whole and healed state and recalibrate it for the breath of now.
• Release the limitations and expectations held in the past that are limiting you now. 
• Align your intentions to the present breath of now. 
• Release the limitations, expectations, and disappointments up and off of the heart, the third eye, and the ears. 
• Align your heart, third eye, crown, base chakra, and your energetic ears to these vibrations that are held in the present moment. 
• Move into the vibration of self acceptance, love, gentleness, trust, allowing, and flow. Stream those vibrations down to you here in this realm.
