Deep Restful Sleep Practice

Use this Cup in the evening to help you fall asleep. This is a great practice to do right before sleep and as a way of quieting your mind. This Cup can help you sleep deeply and fall back asleep if you wake up in the night.

 

  • Close your eyes as you lay down to sleep and take a few deep breaths.
  • Bring your awareness into your divine line.
  • Relax your body.
  • Use your breath and intent to pull all your awareness deeper into your divine line.
  • Move into a place of stillness in your divine line as your body relaxes around you.
  • Hold space for your body to deeply rest/sleep.

 

May you sleep deeply and awake refreshed and renewed.
