It was calming, relaxing and I drifted a bit more --could not focus on words and that is probably a good thing! At the end, I had a cute being pop in looking at me! Maybe me just playing :) I'm up for whatever you feel moved to try.

Yup, it feels different! From your older cups to now I feel they are evolving from a more mental focus to a more powerful "pure energy" effect, which is awesome and challenges the mind to listen more lightly, letting go of control. I like the spaciousness between words so that my body can absorb the feel of each concept. I did get dizzy about halfway through - I wonder why. It felt like brain fluids moving around!

This meditation felt more feminine to me. It also has me in a different space afterwards. In some ways I feel less grounded. I do miss the reminder to ground. My opinion is this for the more advanced light workers. That being said, I really like the shift and change. I especially like the toning and music in the background. I appreciate the change with the new year!
