Tend to Yourself

Use this Cup to tend to yourself. If you take responsibility for tending to everyone in your life or to humanity at a global level you may get overwhelmed and fatigued quickly. If you do take responsibility for tending another you dis-empower the other person, as opposed to only being responsible for tending you and modeling that to them. This is a Cup that can help you move into healthier, more co-creative ways of being with yourself and with others. 

 

  • Hold your awareness in your divine line.
  • Reference if you have a desire to tend to others.
  • Reference how you are then placing your creative energy on another.
  • Feel the tension that that creates in your body.
  • As you become aware of any aspect of you that is tending another in an unhealthy co-dependent way lift your grids and creative energy off of others and back to you.
  • Lift your attachment off of everyone and everything.
  • Reweave your resources back on yourself.
  • Clear all empathic sensations, tension, or anxiety that belongs to others.
  • Lift your vibrational "fabric of tending" off of others and back to you.
  • Reweave that vibrational fabric on yourself.
May you tend yourself and model that to others in the world.
