Shift from the Head to the Heart - Light Language Activation

It seemed fitting to have more light language and less words in this meditation. This one is all about the heart. Move, think, and be from the heart space. A shift from one program (the mind) to another (the heart) can always be a little disorienting. If we remember that we are literally in the middle of that shift and we drop more of our awareness into the heart and start thinking from that place, we will feel less disorientation and more wisdom.

Pivot from the heart space instead of from the mind. 

  • Tap into a greater wisdom, flow, trust, and intuition.
  • As you listen, invite yourself to move your pivot point from the mind to the heart. One way to do this is to hold your awareness in the heart space instead of the mind. (Put your hand on your heart and breathe into that place. Tone the sound of AHHAA or the note F.)
  • As you move through the day, hold your awareness in your heart instead of your head. 
  • The heart space has amazing wisdom and capacity for heart centered solutions.
When we hold the awareness in the mind of the heart, great wisdom is accessed in a profound yet humble way.
