This Cup is potent but simple to use for accessing the light that is coming onto the planet that is changing. The Sun is radiating a light that can help us find clarity and inspiration. Use it to help you clean and align your third eye for greater clarity. During and after recording this Cup I experienced what I call the "tree trunk" phenomenon. This meditation can trigger a deep download of energy and inner shifts. For about three minutes after the meditation I could hardly move, thus the tree trunk. When that happens I rate the cup a 5+. This does not happen very often but with this Cup it did. Enjoy and use with caution. In other words do not listen to this Cup while driving.
