I recorded this meditation for children. Our inner child may need this. Use your Super Self (Higher Self) to help let go of any and all of your fears and upset. If you have children in your life this is a great one to share with them when they are fearful or upset.

• Locate the "new terrain" we are attempting to traverse
• Invite the Higher Self to find safety in the divine line
• Release and transform fears

May you release all fear and upset as you increase your joy quotient.
