Use this Cup to energetically clean your ears to hear the other realms. The more open your energetic ears are the easier it will be to hear your Team and your guides. You may experience a lot of ringing in your ears and head pressure changes. This sensation is an indicator that your energetic ears are getting activated and that some part of you is receiving energetic information. The more you feel it and let yourself "energetically hear it" the more information you will receive. Let go of understanding the information with at first your mind. Once some part of you gets the information, then your mind will "know". 

On another note...Whenever I walk with people I always have them walk on the side that I use to listen to the physical realm, as opposed to having them walk on the side that I use to listen to the angelic realm.

• Balance the electrical and magnetic energy within and around your energetic ears. 
• Invite your Team and Guides to clean, repair, and calibrate their listening mechanisms.
