Find approval within with this cup. As I tuned into the energy for this meditation I saw an image of a self hug, and looking within to find the approval, instead of looking to an external person. When we find our approval for self inside, and in direct connection with our Essence, our self love factors soars, happiness improves, fear decreases, confidence blooms, and in general good things happen.

• Energetically locate all responsibilities you gave to your mother, father, partners, friends, colleges for approving, embracing, and valuing you.
• Retrieve all of those responsibilities back to your Higher Self where you can meet those needs internally.
• Bring all your grids, wisdom, and mastery back to yourself. 
• Activate the sacred geometric hologram that has the ability to activate the vibrations of self approval.
• Tones and light language to assist this shift.
• Invite the Guides to send you information and model to you how to embrace your Essence and move into self approval.
• Activate the vibration of self approval in the Divine line of you, your body, and Team.
