Increase Self Love for You, Your Body, and Your Team

Increase self love. The more we love ourselves from that authentic, deep, connected, humble, gracious place, the greater capacity we hold to love others and be loved. The more love we hold for ourselves, the more gentle we can be with ourselves, and thus the world is more gentle with us as we evolve and serve. To combat stress, anchor deeply into a place of love and calm so that you can stay relaxed in face of other's stress as well as your own.

  • Repair all of the crystalline structures and grids within and around your heart.
  • Open to receive the flow of love that is constantly streaming in your divine line.
  • Love that liquid light that flows in your divine line.
  • Hold space.
  • Invite your Body Deva and your Team to hold self love and model that to you.
