Let Go of the Need to Be Right

Let go of the "need to be right." As old patterns and ways of protecting ourselves arise, rigidity and judgment can rear its little (sometime big) head and trigger us as we are literally forced to open more deeply and increase an inner vulnerability. This opening can be a pinch scary. 

As this openness occurs, watch the thoughts and behaviors. Open to let go of the energy that does not feel lovely. Bring in the energy that does. Increase acceptance, compassion, and patience.

  • Bring in a conscious awareness of any areas of your life where you need to be right, safe, and in control, externally.
  • Energetically locate all areas of your life where you need to be right.
  • Bring all of your reference points for control, safety, survival, and attachment off of being right, off of everyone, and everything, and back to you.
  • Feel the rightness within, instead of on the outer world.
  • Hold your awareness in the heart chakra.
  • Feel how you are right in your divine line.

May your day be filled with the inner right as you let go of needing to be right in the outer world.
