Hold Responsibility for being Respected

Shift your issues and triggers around respect. Increase self respect and release the attachment for others respecting themselves and you. Hold compassion and model right energy. When we genuinely hold responsibility for respecting ourselves we then have the capacity, in a collaborative and co-creative way, to respect others in a genuine and clean way. If anger surfaces, unplug from that vibration and bubble up self respect.

  • Energetically locate all responsibilities that you have given others for being respected and bring them back to you.
  • Hold all attachment for others respecting themselves back to themselves.
  • Be attached to respecting yourself.
  • Bring all your tools for respecting yourself back to you.
  • Take a moment and bring your awareness into your divine line.
  • Respect your divine line.
  • Open to receive your essence.
  • Acknowledge the beauty, flow, and perfection in this place.
  • Cherish this divine part that is you.
  • Model that energy in the world.
  • Bring in a sphere of light of self respect and self love around you.
