Listen to this meditation as you fall asleep. Drop into a deep place of inner stillness as the inner adjustment occurs. If you are feeling very mental, like you have to "figure" it all out, let it go and allow clarity to come.
Sleep Deep. This is a great one for insomnia. This may be a good one to listen to every night for a few nights. Hint, hint... :)
