This Cup is an energetic protocol to help you release an issue that does not belong to you. Anytime you are challenged by an issue, and no matter what you do it will not budge, that is an indicator it does not belong to you. This Cup is an energetic process to help you release an empathic sensation and issue from a small class I recently taught. Enjoy :)

• Take a moment to feel into an issue that you are holding that belongs to another.
• Invite the Higher Self of you, your body, and Team to recognize you have information for this person.
• Return all bundles, issues, karma, and issues back to this person where they have the capacity to receive it.
• Release this issue and their grids off of your energetic fields.
• Send appropriate energetic information to them where they have the capacity to receive it.
• Lift your vibrational fabric off of this person.
• Clean and recalibrate your vibrational fabric.
• Wrap your fabric around you in a clockwise direction in a way that supports and buffers you.
• Connect with the light that flows within you.
• Feel how connecting with your light awakens you. (Sometimes we hold other people's issues as a way of growing an evolving. This is an uncomfortable process. Release this mechanisms and connect with your light. Practice that which you intend to master.)

The inner practice to help decrease reactive empathic sensitivity

1. I am only attached to my own energy and behavior.

2. I am only responsible for my own energy and behavior.

3. Send energetic information.

4. Return all empathic sensations.

5. I hold my mastery on me and model the solution.

6. I hold compassion and a safe space for others.
