This Cup is a potent protocol one of my small energetic support groups.  It is all about returning responsibility for the awakening and evolution of humanity.  There is an energetic grid of light that is actualizing in the higher realms.  When you are holding your awareness on this grid of light as opposed to the discordant grids that are dissolving you will feel a peace, calm, and deep sense of support.  When others are holding their awareness on the discordant grids (i.e. the old building that is dissolving), fear and anger get triggered.  You may be empathically feeling the anger and fear of others.  This can cause tension in the solar plexus as well.  This Cup will help you release empathic anger and fear and will also help calm and balance your third chakra. 

• Hold your awareness in your divine line.
• Invite the Higher Self of you, your body, Teams, Guides, and Spiritual Family to reference any responsibility that you are holding for other people's evolution.
• Return this responsibility back to everyone where they have the capacity to receive it.
• Return all empathic sensations.
• Clean and clear your third chakra.
• Send appropriate energetic information.
• Model the solution and hold compassion.
• Reference the dimension where there is a beautiful harmonic grid that is activating and actualizing.
• Hold your awareness in this higher dimension and link to that grid that Earth is moving into.
• Hold compassion for those who have not yet linked into this harmonic grid.
• Send information and hold a safe space for them in their fear and anger.
• Awaken to yourself in this higher realm that is harmonic.
