Connect deeply with your Essence. Get Juiced!

A little reminder to come back to what is "real." Use the "quickening" to increase your own internal connection with the divine aspect of you. In each one of us there is a line of light that runs just in front of our spine. This line or tube is where your essence resides. The more you connect with this energy the more centered, abundant, healthy, and filled with love you will be.

Get juiced by the divine aspect of you. I invite you to use this energy to connect deeply to yourself for a few moments every day.

• Bring all of your awareness onto your divine line that flows just in front of your spine.
• Locate the spiritual electrical energy and use it to push yourself deeply into your core.
• Tone yourself into your center.
• Imagine yourself in every breath standing in your divine line, your waterfall of light.
• Be surrounded by the Ascended Masters as they hold their awareness in their divine line.
