1. Read Aleya's Book Cups of Consciousness
2. Do her online course of Level One - 7 hr. Video Series of the 7 Principles and Empowered Empath Course.
3. Read the Book De-Escalate
4. Take the De-Escalate online course by Doug Noll

Once you have done all 4 steps and you now want to share this work in your circle you can become an affiliate.

5. Become an affiliate. Email us and we will send you an affiliate link.
6. Then become a facilitator and facilitate Aleya Dao's and or Doug Noll's courses in your circle online and or in person.

Become a facilitator of Aleya and Doug's courses.

This course consists of 4 video modules that are 10 to 30 minutes in length.

Facilitate Doug Noll's De-Escalate Course and Aleya Empowered Empath Course, and other courses that Aleya teaches each year.

You will not teach any of the material; you simply have to gather a group and provide each person support and accountability as they go through one of Aleya and Doug’s online courses. 

When they purchase a course, you will receive a 50% commission.

This can be a side business or more, depending on how much you want to work it.

• How to draw out quiet students and gently quiet the extroverts

Pre-requisites 

1. Take Doug's De-Escalate video course.

This is required as the skills he teaches are essential to facilitating a group session.

2. Read Aleya's book Seven Cups of Consciousness. 

3. Take Aleya's Seven Cups of Consciousness Level One Course and her Empowered Empath course.

The courses that you can be a facilitator for are the De-Escalate Course by Doug Noll, and Aleya's Empowered Empath course.

If there are other courses you want to facilitate let Aleya know and she will create a facilitator manual for the classes you wish to facilitate.
