Use this meditation to energetically go back in time and heal and hold vigil for yourself in the past when you had moments of struggle. As we heal in the past we are then able to move forward from a place of clarity, joy, and ease.

  • Think of the times in the past when you struggled.
  • Energetically locate all of these moments and bring in healing from you in this moment to you in the past.
  • Place a healing hologram around you in the past in your moments of struggle.
  • Activate the spiritual lessons and invite some part of you in the past to receive the information from you in the now.
  • Tones to clear and heal.
  • Invite you from the future to hold vigil for you in this present moment.
  • Allow yourself to receive information from you in the future.
  • Imagine guiding yourself in the past and allowing you to be guided by yourself in the future.
