I feel it in my heart as well - it's very calming and moving emotionally at the same time. It feels like it connects me directly to the wisdom in the higher realms and reminds me to run my energy vertically and not horizontally. At this difficult time, I will try my best to model that vertical energy and stay connected to that higher realm wisdom. This cup helps immensely ❤️

And then my concern was rippling out to all those that could be affected.....my ongoing challenge with fear of survival 😀

Right off my crown opened with steady flow ...felt so good...then the tears cAme immediately and feeling of relief. Last night I was deep in fear for my grandchildren and our position in Seattle as one of prime targets for a nuclear bomb from Korea....a feeling of anger at those that made the choice to let someone who would use it be in charge....and wondering how do I have hands to me when I have no control over what happens , and then this morning a sense of relief. Perfect timing for me on my journey. Thanks so much
