Use this Cup to hold your integrity on yourself you model that solution to others and positively impact the world around you. Be attached to your own level of integrity. When you are only attached to your own integrity you are in greater integrity, and are less emphatically reactive with others.

• Return all responsibility for other people being in integrity.
