Happiness Meditation

Find happiness within yourself instead of in the outer world. Find a deep happiness there, instead of relying on the outer world to bring the happiness in. Find it INSIDE and create more of it in your outer world.

  • Breathe yourself into the present breath of now.
  • Ground and connect with the divine line of your essence and body deva’s line.
  • Locate all reference points that you have placed outside yourself and bring those reference points back onto your own divine line.
  • Tone those reference points back in.
  • Locate your happiness within.

May you feel the inner happiness swelling within you.
