Let Go of the Body Tension and Inner Grip

This Cup is all about relaxing and slowing down.  Use this fresh, deep, soothing Cup to let go of the tension or grip that any aspect of your body is holding.  Often the body holds tension when you the Soul are not grounded on the front of the spine, or when you the Soul rider are not holding a current of calm in your divine line.

  • Hold your awareness in your divine line.
  • Invite your body to hold its awareness in its divine line.
  • Invite the Higher Self of you Soul rider to feel into your attachments that flow up and down on the front of the spine.
  • Feel how you are grounding onto the front of the spine.
  • Reweave your grids and threads of attachment to the front of your body’s spine.
  • Lean in. Relax on the front of the spine.
  • Activate a current of calm in your divine line, divine cosmic loop, and divine spark.
  • Invite your body deva to activate a current of calm in its divine line, divine cosmic loop, and spark.
  • Open the lines of connection between your divine line and your body’s divine line.
  • Feel a current of calm flowing back and forth between you and your body.

May you hold a current of calm in your divine line which soothes and calms your body.

This is amazing - I'm going to use it regularly for my jaw grinding at night and deeper issues as well. I can feel how my body's holding so much tension right now that is manifesting as health issues.
