Dream Time Shift and Heal

Recommendation: Listen to this one before bed instead of in the morning...or go back to sleep for a short bit after listening...or go into a deep meditation to integrate the layers.

Use this meditation to rest and release. Let go of the inner darkness and limitations as you sleep and dream, and open to the sweet lightness that resides deep within you. 

  • Let yourself relax and come into the present breath of now.
  • Bring in the dream hologram and mandalas for releasing the patterns that block and limit you.
  • Think about a behavior or pattern of which you are ready to let go.
  • Identify that energy and invite your Higher Self and your Guides to work to release this vibration as you sleep.
  • Once that energy is cleared out of your energy fields bring in a more evolved way of being.
  • Bring in the vibrations and patterns that hold a more evolved consciousness.

May you have DEEP sleep with DEEP healing. This is one of my favorite deep healing and clearing dream time meditations.
