Release performance anxiety. This meditation can be used anytime you have to "perform." This is a great tool box one, if and when you need it, or you can share it with someone who has performance anxiety.
As we move to higher vibrations within ourselves we may be asked to step up to the plate and share what we know with others, i.e. "perform." Breathe deep and find the inner calm if and when you are asked to model right energy and share what you hold deep within you.
May you locate a deep and comforting peace within, as you shine your light brightly.
