Release Performance Anxiety

Release performance anxiety. This meditation can be used anytime you have to "perform." This is a great tool box one, if and when you need it, or you can share it with someone who has performance anxiety.

As we move to higher vibrations within ourselves we may be asked to step up to the plate and share what we know with others, i.e. "perform." Breathe deep and find the inner calm if and when you are asked to model right energy and share what you hold deep within you.

  • Gather all your energy from the future back into this present breath of now.
  • Ground with your breath and invite that energetic aspect of you to extend your roots.
  • Bring all of your reference points for your self-worth off of how you perform, or what others think of you.
  • Bring all of your anchors, orientation points, reference points, and ways of gathering information off of everyone and everything and back to you at the level of your Higher Self, and back to your divine line.
  • Hold your awareness in your inner river of light (your divine line).

May you locate a deep and comforting peace within, as you shine your light brightly.
