It is time to let go of the limiting behavior of the "shoulds." I should be more disciplined...I should exercise more regularly...I should be less judgmental...and so on.
We can use the "should" as a way to motivate ourselves to move forward and improve, but it is not the most gentle or loving mechanism, nor does it feel very good.
Release the "should". Let it go as we move forward into the new.
