Increase empowerment and protection. When we experience electrical surges it can alter our perceptions and increase our ability to feel, hear, and perhaps see the energies in the other realms. (No, you are not going crazy.) You may be seeing lights out of the corners of you eyes, or feeling weird buzzing sensations in your body. This is most likely a result of the increase in the electrical energy. Release the fear and move into discernment and empowerment.

If you feel fear coming up after listening to the meditation, it is an indicator that the fear is now lifting up and OUT, so let it go instead of getting reattached to it.

• Locate all of your discernment mechanisms and bring in all relevant and appropriate information.
• Increase you discernment mechanisms.
• Bring all your reference points for safety, control and power back to your core.
• Locate your safety. power, and control internally.
• Clean and clear your third chakra and the back of your third eye.
• Release all consciousness of the victim up and off the third chakra and the third eye.
• Release the fear and self doubt.
• Bring in the vibration of empowerment into these centers.
• Move into empowerment as you stand in your own spiritual alignment.
