Morning Checklist

If we are not balanced and really still within, we can feel anxious. Start doing your checklist each day for about three to four weeks. This will help you feel less anxious and irritable.

If you are feeling the fear of losing "everything," know that some part of you is doing the big inner death for the rebirth process.

 

Get all your tools out of your tool box, get balanced, clam, really still inside.

  • In all situations ask yourself how you would respond if you were an Ascended Master.
  • With each breath invite yourself to come into your divine line and perceive that place of constant connection.
