Breathe Yourself Back Into Connection

Breathe yourself back into connection and calm. Use the energy of CONNECTION to connect using your breath. When I was in Panama and swam in the waters of the whales, I felt the magnitude of their conscious breath and how it can support us in maintaining awareness and conscious connection.

  • Take a deep breath into your belly.
  • Inhale as if you are bringing all aspects of you into the center of your being.
  • Bring all of your anchors into the center of your spine.
  • With your exhale, anchor yourself onto your core.
  • As you draw yourself in and anchor radiate that light out into the world.

May your day be filled with the conscious and connected breath.
