Today is the 12th anniversary of the first daily cup. I remember the first cup took me 5 hours to record. I was so nervous. lol Now after 12 years it feels like a ride on a silky current.

Your tunnel of light inserts at the back of your neck. It is like an energetic USB port. It is different than your divine line. You and your body have the capacity to use the tunnel of light to re-pattern and reprogram yourself in a supportive and empowering way.

Start a fresh new cycle. Set your New Moon intentions by focusing on supportive qualities within you. When you let go of the details regarding intentions and focus on qualities to attain that is when magical things happen.
