I use the Voss glass water bottles and refill them and then put them in the dishwasher every couple of days. Good devices to filter and balance the PH of your water. I use the Biocentric cream instead, because I can't yet swallow the idea of paying $160 for little bottle of cream. But it does make a huge difference for him.
