You Are Amazing, Enough, and Beautiful! Increase self confidence while holding the vibration of humility. Use this meditation to locate that part of you that IS exquisite. So often we are hard on ourselves and we do not take the time to locate the part of us that is amazing and beautiful. Peak inside and locate the whole, real you. Ignore the "imperfections" (illusions) for a moment, a day, or better yet, longer.

• Breathe in and extend your grounding cord and run your line of light up to the heart of Source to heart of Source from where you express yourself.
• Bring all of your reference points back onto your divine line.
• Locate the exquisite light that flows within you.
• Breathe yourself in.
• Bring all your reference points off of your identity and personality and back onto your divine line.
• Calibrate your eyes, your ears, your heart that is whole.
• Allow that aspect of you to expand from your divine line.
• Balance your electrical energies.
• Access the divine aspect of you and radiate that light through your eyes, your voice, your breath.
