Come into right timing and release the struggle and the feeling of being "stuck."

When we go too quickly in our life or in our evolution we can become ungrounded, disoriented, and then stuck because we end up skipping the steps.

We all can occasionally be affected by the "Lake Wobegon" effect. There is a thing called a cognitive bias, one of the cognitive biases is when we think we are more "evolved" than we really are. We get ahead of ourselves so to speak. When this happens we end up skipping steps and then getting stuck and not being able to move forward. Think of a third grader skipping to eighth grade and then not being able to move on to ninth grade because they never completed the previous grades and therefore do not yet have the tools to move forward. 

Use this meditation to allow that energetic aspect of you to bring you into alignment for where you really are in your evolution.

• Use your breath to come back into the present breath of now.
• Extend your grounding cord to the heart of Earth and from your crown extend a line of light up the the heart of Source.
• Imagine yourself on a path that has many levels of enlightenment.
• With your imagination allow yourself to perceive where you are in your growth and evolution.
• Invite your Higher Self to locate where you really are in your evolution and to bring all of your reference points and timing into alignment with that point.
• If you begin to struggle or feel stuck invite yourself to take a few steps back and allow yourself to then move forward with grace and ease.
• Update your reference points.
