Dates for Live TALL Cup Sessions

The live TALL Cup of Consciousness session occurs every three weeks on Monday evening at 6:00 pm Pacific Time.

If you are not yet a TALL Cup of Consciousness subscriber, click here to join the next live and recorded TALL Cup session.

If you are not able to join the live session and chat live with Aleya, you will still receive the links via email for the recorded audio and video files from the session.

The audio and video from the session will also appear in your library in your account under TALL Cups.
