In this wonderfully complex and occasionally stressful world, keeping our bodies healthy can sometimes be a challenge.

Below are recommendations of what I do to stay healthy. All of these are products that I have researched for myself. I personally look for the cream of the crop in all products for health. I strongly encourage you to do your own research, sit with how you feel, and think about how the product resonates for you before you purchase anything.

Favorite Liquid Minerals  - Natures Water Soluble Total Body Balance Complete Minerals - 877-454-3313

Ancient Sun - Crystal Manna My favorite kelp on the planet to help keep the PH in the body balanced. Great for the immune system and detoxing heavy metals.  I like the capsules instead of the powder.

Modifilan - Another very potent kelp. They also have a product of kelp called C-Answer that I have had others get great results from. 626-963-4220 (Do not take if you are sensitive to iodine.)

Maitake Mushrooms From Mountain Rose Herbs when I feel a cold coming on. (Good for people with a TH1 Deficiency, not a TH2 deficiency.) Get your TH1 and TH2 levels checked.

Griffonia - For the C word.

I Water from Bio Pro - A device that activates the life force of the water, so it has the capacity to penetrate and hydrate the cells.  I feel that it boosts the immune system, slows my aging process down, I have less wrinkles when I drink it and more energy. Balance the PH and filter all your tap water and do not drink out of plastic water bottles.  I use the Voss glass water bottles and refill them and then put them in the dishwasher every couple of days. Good devices to filter and balance the PH of your water.

Five Lac - Balance the yeast in the body, boost immune system.

Scary Skin Spots - PDQ - A great topical gel that you put on the skin to bring it back to health. 800-292-0003 I used it on a spot that I felt might one day become cancerous.  After putting the gel on it for two mornings only, it turned black and fell off.  The spot is now gone. Hmmm.  Food for thought...

Biocentric Labs - Great skin creams for health. I use the HGH cream to slow the aging process.

Trans d Tropin - Slows the aging process down. My husband uses this and I see huge results. I use the Biocentric cream instead, because I can't yet swallow the idea of paying $160 for little bottle of cream. However, it does make a huge difference for him. Perhaps I will bite the bullet when I get older. We shall see.
