Slow yourself down and make a right turn with planet Earth.

See clearly as the veils dissolve and we turn into new energy. Whenever the veils dissolve there is an energetic mist that is created; kind of like a burn-off effect. If you feel like you cannot see clearly, lift your head above the fog. It is sunny and clear. This will help sensations of confusion, disorientation, the ability to hear your Guides, and the reduction of actual physical mucus.

This is an energetic meditation for seeing above the energetic fog.

• Energetically locate the mist and fog that is being held between the realms as the veils dissolve.
• Bring your awareness above the fog.
• Invite that energetic aspect to see and gather information from a place of clarity.
• Imagine lifting your awareness into the Higher Realms where there is clarity, purity and flow.
• Ask that energetic aspect of you to gather energetic information in the higher realms and reflect it to you in the physical realm.
• Bring in an energetic filter that enables you to access the information in a clean and clear way.
• Update your reference points.
