Use this meditation to help release issues, limitations, and blocks. Move into a deep stillness, emptiness, and release energy. During this release, deep fear around loss can arise. Use this emptying out energy to do the big inner let go. Increase the courage and allow for a deep inner clearing as the old energies lift up and out of your energetic fields, conscious, and unconscious mind.

• Energetically locate the void. The void is when we drop into a place of stillness and nothingness.
• Energetically locate all vibrations that are currently limiting you, that are not in alignment with your goals, and dreams. Release those blocks, limitations, and fear in the void.
• Locate the grids of limitation and let them go using your Higher Self.
• Tones to assist the release.
• Bring in a sacred geometric shape to be placed around you to support you in the release, along with divine protection.
• Invite your Higher Self to create coherent empowered behaviors and belief systems that replace the old.
