Find protection and safety in dream-time. Pull your energy out of the lower realms and hold your awareness in the higher realms where you can rest, revitalize, and model right energy, even in dream-time.

• Locate all realms of darkness that you journey into into in dream-time.
• Pull all of your energy out of these realms of darkness, distortion, or shadow.
• The less energy in the dark realms the more quickly they dissolve.
• Invite yourself from the future as an Ascended Master to retrieve all aspects of you from these realms of darkness.
• Close and dissolve the doors to the shadow lands.
• Link into the realms that are filled with love and light.
• Surround yourself with angels who model right energy to you and hold vigil for you as you sleep.
• Bring in templates, spheres, and grids that have the capacity to protect you, balance you, and clear you.
• Bring all your gifts and protection back to you.
