Move into a "new energetic neighborhood".
Whenever we are about to leave an old energy and move into a new energy, it is advisable to complete, release cords, and retrieve fragments from the past, so that as you get shot out of the tunnel you do not feel as if you are leaving any aspect of yourself behind.
- Energetically locate this tunnel you are moving out of.
- Pull all of your energy into this present breath of now.
- Retrieve all fragments from the past in a whole and healed state back to you.
- Release all cords.
- Bring all of your anchors and reference points back into this present breath of now.
- Light language to heal the past, release, the wounds, and pull all your energy into this present breath of now.
- Open the heart and tap into your grids that support your greatest happiness.
