Earth is always shifting her balance point energetically and physically. 

When this happens we must reorient our balance point so that we reset our inner and outer equilibrium. If we are dizzy, nauseous, imbalanced, tripping, or getting lost, we need to update our inner and outer balance point. This is a great meditation when feeling disoriented.

• Locate the energetic downloads that you are receiving at this time.
• Invite your Higher Self to configure energetic solutions that help you maintain balance.
• Reorient to the new balance point within and around Earth.
• Receive all relevant and appropriate information to find your new balance point.
• Hold your awareness in your divine line that flows up the front of your spine.
• Receive from Earth the information, updates, and assistance as you find your new balance point.
