Use today's cup to surrender to the ebb and the flow. When we allow and surrender to the current that naturally flows within us we tap back into the flow of life, energy, motivation, and passion. Our journey is made of ebbs and flows. In order to move into an expanded state we need to surrender to the ebb in order to allow for the expansion/flow. When we expand we allow for the expression of the creative current that runs within us. 

If we experience fatigue, the energy is pulling deep within in order for a revitalization to occur. If we do not surrender and allow all of the energy to go deep within, our cycle of expansion ends up being much smaller and limited. 

Surrender to the ebb, and celebrate the expansive creative cycles. 

• Energetically locate your cycle of ebb and flow.
• Locate any restriction in the cycle of the ebb and flow.
• Release the constriction and allow for the ebb and the flow.
• Energetically explore that pathway.
• Energetically inhale and pull deep within. 
• Bring all your energy back into a state of divine connection.
• When the energetic inhale reaches a place of fullness, allow for the expansion.
• Allow your energetic fields to ebb and expand, similar to the cycle of the breath.
• Bring all your energy back into a state of divine inspiration on the energetic inhale.
• As you move in the day, sleep, dream and play hold a gentle awareness that your energy is in a state of flow that ebbs and expands/flows.
