As I tuned into the energetic weather for this Cup, I felt the need to connect with the body deva to a deeper degree. Use one of my favorite body deva meditations to help your physical body access higher consciousness, greater support, and empowerment.
- Invite your body deva to connect and anchor in to it's own divine line that runs through the spine.
- Locate your saddle on the front of your spine.
- Return all responsibilities that you are holding for your body.
- Invite your body to hold responsibility for loving and controlling itself.
- Invite your body to utilize all of it's gifts, wisdom, and mastery.
- Listen to the tones to help your body access a higher consciousness and utilize all of it's own resources.
- Active the higher vibrational support grid.
- Hold the awareness that your body has it's own unique consciousness and also has an energetic aspect.
