As I tuned into the energy for this cup I felt a surge of will power and the ability to follow through with intentions. Use this meditation to embrace and embody the intentions you have been holding for some time.
- Energetically locate all of your intentions that you have been holding for yourself over the last three years.
- Locate the grids and holograms that hold these intentions.
- Embrace and activate these grids and holograms.
- Tones to activate these intentions.
- Hold the awareness that your Higher Self is embodying and reflecting these behaviors down to you in this realm.
May you be pulsed into your desired actions by your Higher Self as you move through the day.
