Use this meditation at the end of the day to clear your energetic fields and have a deep and restful sleep.

• Return all responsibilities that you picked up in the day.
• Use sacred shapes, sounds, light, frequencies, and vibrations to help repair your energetic fields of you, your body, and Team.
• Dissolve all cords and hooks.
• Activate the sacred shape and sound of your essence.
• Bring in your own unique force-fields and shields that protect you and empower you.
• Locate and retrieve all your gifts, wisdom, tools, and mastery.
• Invite your body to retrieve its gifts, tools, support, and mastery.
• Hold the awareness that this work is happening in the higher realms, and is being reflected into your energy fields.
• Take a moment to think about how you wish to use your dream time. Invite your Body to heal in a healing chamber in the heart of Earth. You can journey to the place you call home. You can also invite your advisers to help you as you dream.
