Embrace Growth and Change

Change is in the air.

As I tuned into the energetic weather for this cup I felt a gentle current of change coming onto the planet. Embrace growth and change with grace. Whenever we feel a shift it can unsettle us. Use this meditation to calibrate for the change. Stay calm and centered as you shift, grow, and evolve into a more authentic expression of your divine essence.

Calibrate your energetic fields so that you have the ability to receive the higher light quotient that is coming in for you in a gentle and graceful way.
Perceive yourself in a new way.
Embrace that which is coming.
Breathe in the sweet, soft support.

May your shifts be gentle and graceful as you increase your light and evolve.

This was in absolute divine timing. I was almost despondent all day yesterday unable to focus on anything and feeling depressed. Then I remembered to tune in to your daily cup. My soul wept and felt renewed as I received the support and nurturing energies. Feeling much better today. Thank you.

I am going through a huge change in my life and I did feel that shift yesterday . I love the synchronicity of the Cup this morning , I greatly need it as I'm in the process of letting go of old patterns and fears and it's not easy , not easy to keep the trust in my hearth that all is good and as it should be. I'm crossing my fingers and jump in the flow ... Thank you Aleya !

My mood changed yesterday at 3.00 PM all in a sudden. I became actually anxious and agitated. So I decided to take a break. I felt like I needed to listen to one of the recent Tall Cups - and felt listening to the one from 7-7-14. I felt a bit better afterwards - but then my anxiety came back in the evening and during the night. How should I understand this? I feel better again after listening to today's cup...

Loved the message. Your voice was so soft and soothing I turned the volume way up to hear you. Then the toning came in loud and clear....much louder than your talking voice. It startled me but I adjusted and loved it:-)
