Increase grounding, empowerment, and clarity. Integrate the thinning of the veils and balance and stabilize. Each year the veils get thinner and thinner on the planet and one day there will be no veils between the realms. (This is going to take awhile. I do not think it will be in our lifetime.) Increase your grounding and clarity as we adjust to these thinner veils.

• Connect with your grounding cord and use your breath and tones to send your grounding cord down.
• Extend your line of light up to the heart of Source where you express yourself.
• Invite your body diva to ground.
• Bring the vibration of clarity in at the level of your higher self and your body deva's higher self.
• Rest in the calm.
